Problem

Quoting highly customized products meant rebuilding the same math by hand for every configuration — weight, cost, margin, and whether the parts even fit the mold. Slow, and errors quietly ate the margin.

Action

Built a quoting suite in Google Sheets and Apps Script: a cost calculator, a mold-layout visualizer that checks part fit, a quote generator, and a unit converter. Weight comes from real geometry; recommended price comes from a target-margin markup.
